String Rental Program - Experience the PYCO Music Store Quality
Students and teachers can enjoy the quality of string instruments such as Scott Cao, Johannes Kohr, Snow, Jurgen Klier, Martin Beck, and many more when they rent a Premium outfit.
In addition, whether you rent a Standard or Premium outfit, all our instruments are set up in house by our team of luthiers, with feedback from PYCO string teachers who play each instrument for optimum quality control. Premium instruments can also be customized to the school or private teacher specification.

You can pick up the instrument at the PYCO Music Store or we will have our store representatives
​work with the music staff at your school to coordinate delivery to the school (only available until the first week of the start of the school year).

    1. Instrument Rental Information
    IMPORTANT:
    ​By declining to purchase the Instrument Protection Insurance (IPI),  you agree to pay the full amount of any maintenance or repair on your rental outfit. You will also be responsible to pay the full amount of the rental outfit replacement value if lost, stolen or damaged beyond repair. A security deposit of $300 (violin), $400 (viola), $500 (cello), or $600 (bass) will be charged to your credit card.  Security deposit will be refunded once the rental outfit is returned, and the condition of the returned instrument, bow, and case is assessed.

    Please note, any student participating in only online/cyber instruction must pick up their rental instrument from the PYCO School of Music.
    4. Billing Information
    To pick up your instrument, stop by the PYCO School of Music & Music Store during business hours anytime after you submit this form and receive our email confirmation that your instrument is ready for pick up. Only credit cards are accepted as form of payment for rental instruments. If you chose "School Delivery", call the store at 724-934-7529 with your credit card information, and to coordinate day and time of your delivery.
