Recital Hall Rental Request Form

Your reservation will be complete after we receive this form and a 1 hour ($70) deposit. You can make the deposit in person, by using a credit card over the phone (724-934-7529), or by sending a check to PYCO School of Music (150 Lake Drive, Suite 103, Wexford, PA 15090). Deposits are non-refundable but transferable up until 2 weeks prior to your event. Balance will be due two weeks before your event date. No reservation is guaranteed until the online request form is completed and the deposit is paid. No verbal reservations will be accepted.
