Jin Lee, PianoJin Lee is a pianist and educator based in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. She earned her Bachelor of Music degree in Piano Performance from Yonsei University and her Master of Music degree in Piano Performance from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas (UNLV).
Lee has performed as a soloist, collaborative pianist, and church musician across South Korea and the United States. Her collaborative experience spans performances with instrumentalists, vocalists, chamber ensembles, and opera productions, including work with UNLV, Washington University in St. Louis, and Webster University. She has also appeared as a harpsichordist at the Las Vegas Baroque Festival and as an organist in multiple churches.
An active educator, Lee has taught privately for more than a decade and has served as adjunct faculty at Webster University and as an instructor at UNLV. She has held leadership roles as District Audition Chair of the Missouri Music Teachers Association (MMTA) and Masterclass Chair of the Saint Louis Area Music Teachers Association (SLAMTA). Her students have received top honors in local and state MTA auditions, MTNA competitions, RCM assessments, and National Piano Guild evaluations.
Lee is a prizewinner of numerous national and international competitions, including the University of Florida International Piano Competition, KBS KEPCO Art Center Piano Competition, Kyungwon University Competition, and Nowon Art Center Piano Competition. She was also recognized with the Award for Excellence in Performance by Sunhwa Arts High School and the Ewon Cultural Center.
Now residing in Pittsburgh, Lee continues to share her passion for piano performance and education through her private studio, guiding students to achieve excellence and musical expression in recitals, masterclasses, and competitions.
