Hillary Reynolds is a Los Angeles-based artist and songwriter with a knack for developing creative partnerships across genres. Growing up in Wisconsin, she gravitated towards the music of her parents’ generation, listening to bands like Crosby Stills Nash & Young, Fleetwood Mac, The Beatles, and The Beach Boys - which are at the heart of her melody-driven writing style. In addition to writing, Reynolds has begun curating backyard “Parachute” house concerts, featuring local talent in music and Second City comedy acts. Since moving to LA in January 2017, Reynolds’ primary focus has been songwriting, collaborating with writers from Warner/Chappell Music, Sony/ATV, as well as film composers such as, Andy Forsberg, for scores/songs in feature film projects for Lifetime and Netflix. Her Americana/Pop trio, Peridot, signed a licensing agreement with Aperture Music with owner, Jonathan Leahy. (HBO Girls, New Girl) Reynolds now writes with Charlie Snyder (Machine Gun Kelly), Mike Jade (Backstreet Boys, Andy Grammar) and Stefan Lit (One Direction, Andy Grammar). Most recently, Hillary recorded a live concert featuring original songs from her trio, Peridot, with arrangements played by a full orchestra & choir. Most recently, Hillary's song "Next to You", which she wrote with collaborators, Trevor Jarvis, and Michael Jade debuted on January 17th, 2020 as the opening track on the newest album, Nightfall, by country music sensation, Little Big Town. She is currently working on a solo album to hopefully be released later in 2020.
